Warriors v Money Team* - Well that didn't take very long! Warriors versus former Warriors. Bruce has lost more players than I can count. He has not lost only the mercenaries from Asfit, he has lost mainstays like Raymond Clymire. Must be because he is such a nice guy. As far as T -Money is concerned the only thing keeping them from immortality is the sand in the hourglass. Only a matter of time before they fulfill the prophecy and bring balance to the force. As far as this game is concerned Money Team gives the MONEY SHOT to the Warriors.
PL Vikings v The U - I don't know shit about the PL Vikings which typically means they are going to struggle. The U is last season's Black Rock , but without the corporate sponsorship. Does this mean The U has added talent because they no longer had to carry the work dregs? I am betting it has. The U beat a PL Vikings
Roc Nation v Titans - Roc Nation has added some speed with the additions of Socks and Jared Robinson of the Burlington League. They have a scheme in place and a young quarterback to get them there. The Titans are old and they got a little older with the addition of Wilfredo Parrish. Do you know what that means to me? Nothing because Roc Nation's signature game was that one time they didn't get blown out by Blend. Titans win easily.
Blend v McM - This is going to get ugly. Blend added some of their old players while removing the famous players from their camp. McM added non-warehouse employees to the mix. Will it be enough to take them over the top. Like I said, this is going to be ugly.
Saints v Panthers - Feinstein had his feelings hurt when Randy Williams was seduced by the dark side of the league to play with the Wildcats. His vision was clouded and he was seduced by the talents of Brandon Johnson so he did the same to the Giants. Panthers have kept their roster intact and look to mature together after an appearance in the A last Fall. Panthers started the fall against an opponent with title aspirations and lost. Now they do the same against a Saints team that lost a kizzo breaking game in the finals. Saints big.
Chargers v Miami - Ty Hill we barely knew you. After getting on the field for a total of 15 plays all season Pat Reddington decided to start his own team. He is on record as saying the Chargers will start 0-1. The chargers don't generally lose to teams with crumbs and bums on it. Miami has plenty of both.
Team USA v Raiders - Team USA has been perfecting their craft by getting run out of the gym in the Monroe league. The Raiders are hoping that the team is better by the loss of Shawn "Tall Ass" Rhodes. The Raiders look to prove that last season's resurgence was no fluke while Team USA hopes to take the next step. On paper this looks like a wash, but in reality the Raiders will draped in Old Glory.
Overachievers v Silverbacks - Overachievers hope that any modicum of talent Shawn Rhodes will be on full display for the upcoming season. It will be a tough climb for a team that was once considered elite and finished 6-4 with an eighth seed. For their troubles they start the season against the Silverbacks who as recently as two weeks ago saw 60 year old Leapin Larry Medici making a plea to add talent. Should the Overachievers lose to the Silverbacks I suspect more than their week would be ruin. The O's have one more good week.
Crimson Tide v Dynasty - Tide brings back the bulk of their roster with exception of Kerry Dardis who was initially promised the quarterback position and now takes his talent back to Blend. In his place the tide have added the "milk chocolate Amir" in unknown Carl Snell who spent 2008 - 2011 serving our country. Dynasty has struggled mightily but look to improve upon the poor performances with recently acquired Ray Clymire. With the ease of the schedule the Dynasty should improve, but it won't be against the Tide
Bandits v Beefcake - Bandits are the Hurricanes minus Steve Easley and Rob Soss. What's left is a hodgepodge of misfits and castaways. Little known fact Billy Bob is the one of two quarterbacks in our to win his division the last two seasons. Beefcake spent the fall playing grab ass with other men and calling it football. I'm not judging you, I'm just angry because I missed you so! Welcome back. This is a toss up. I'll take the battle hardened Beefcake to win a squeaker.
Falcons v The Goons - The Falcons have spent this off-season making another run at the Winter league title in Monroe. In spite of the success of the fall and their success indoors the Falcons have trouble finding any consistency with players. The Goons? I don't know them. I'm sure they're a bunch of young white guys from Hightstown that either went to high school together or work out together or some ugly combination of both. Either way the Falcons win.
Spartans v Bulldogs - Game of the weak. Don't know much about history. Don't know much biology. Don't know much about a science book, Don't know much about the french I took. But I do know that I love you,
And I know that if you loved me, too, What a wonderful world this would be. I do know the Bulldogs win.
Old Dogs v Giants - Old Dogs have my favorite player. Don't know if they added anyone. The Giants lost Shorter and Johnson. However, Rich Wright is in the gym working out everyday. I think he works out so much MY abs are toned. What was I talking about? Steve Phillips and the guys start out 0-1
Lions v Horned Frogs - Prams has the least heralded free agency pick up of the off season with the addition of Matt O'Connell. His skill set should be a nice fit for the enigmatic QB. Of course the Lions issue is almost never offense, but the frequent doo doo bombing suffered by the defense. I don't know what a horned frog is, but I know we're not in Texas so the Lions will win this week.
Wildcats v Seahawks - Congratulations to the Wildcats for their success in the Recreational Division of the Snow Bowl. That makes two "Championships" in five months without Scott. Not sure what the Wildcats will do for a roster now that the best three players in history jumped to the money. If I know Pat he will probably pluck a player, maybe two from a team like the Saints. What do I know? The seahawks have been conspicuously absent from all chatter, but if the omission of the Jaguars from the league listings is any indication it looks like the boys put things back together. I really don't know and I made most of this up. Wildcats win.
